How do I know that my reservation request is completed?
When you have completey filled in all information of the reservation process, an instant on-screen request confirmation will appear. It will show your reservation details as well as your booking number.
We advise you to print it out. Within a couple of hours, you will receive a followup email containing more information such as the hotel’s contact details, detail offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
How long does it take to confirm my booking?
Normally a booking request will be confirmed within 24-48 hours depends on the selected hotel and location. Most hotels offer instant confirmation while booking.
I had booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is incorrect email address. Please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. We also have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may send in your spam folder. If you didn’t receive your confirmation email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to firstname.lastname@example.org or Call Reservation centre +66-(0)2674-5555
Cancellation the Reservation?
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. Deposits are usually non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
Reservation Confirmation & Booking Deposit
After the reservation confirmed by R24.org, in some cases instantly while you initiate a request, you will be asked to guarantee/secure your booking by paying a deposit to secure your hotel room reservation. The deposit is usually between 10-30%. The balance to be paid either direct at the hotel or 2 weeks before arrival. This depends on seasonal policies by the hotels and all these details you will receive in our email response.
When will my credit card be charged for the booking?
Your credit card will be charged once your booking is confirmed with the hotel and your booking confirmation voucher has been issued and send to you.
What types of payment options are available to make payment and deposit the reservation?
MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. Furthermore now you also can pay with paypal.com.
Within Thailand an ATM Bank transfer, is also available. Moreover in Bangkok there is a payment booth at the BTS Chitlom.
Can I book directly with the hotel?
No. The rates displayed on Thailand Hotels website are only available through us. Hotel rates are often 60-75% more expensive. Our agents are also trained to help you reselect hotels and assist you with problems that hotel staff are not trained to do.
